We mourn the passing away on June 11, 2025 of Brod Cyrus Paul S. Valenzuela of Batch 2002A, Executive Director of the Optical Media Board, resource person and member of the Technical Working Group that drafted the Implementing Rules and Regulation of the Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009, co-founder of the Anti Child Abuse and Pornography Foundation; beloved by his family and friends, respected and admired by his colleagues and clients; and, a true Aquilan who exemplified and fostered the precepts of the Aquila Legis Fraternity with selflessness and dedication.
